For this project, we build a 4 story addition and a modern screened porch and study to the back of a classic chevy chase colonial.

We are proud of the fact that our addition does not stand out from the street, though it offered 2,000 additional square feet of living space.

We had fun with our client working to bring brighter colors inside the more traditional neighborhood, with a red, white, and black kitchen scheme, primary colors within the decorating of the family room, and lots of great natural light everywhere.
