Representing our 3rd project with this client, Hyo Lee of Millennium Homes (Contractor), our client and our design team all benefitted from the experience of the prior projects together.

After selling their other home on the same street for one of the higher prices of an AU park home (in a down market), the client decided to make this project even better than the first one.

The project included a full house renovation, plus a 4 story addition and a detached garage.

We first renovated the existing porch, the living room, and the front bathroom and bedrooms to create space for the client to live in while we renovated the rest and added the addition.

Once this was complete, we underpinned the basement to gain ceiling height and added the addition. This time, we added a new eat-in kitchen connecting to a large family room, a mudroom, and a nice patio. The Basement houses an arcade for the client's collection of antique arcade games. The 2nd-floor addition houses the master suite and the attic provides home office space, a laundry, and a guest bedroom.
