We started with a cute 4 square bungalow and a young couple with a great dog, with plans for a growing family. Our client wanted to stay with the Bungalow style and showed books with great images of California style bungalows.

We worked hard to create a unique look, with the wraparound porch, exposed rafters, an interesting color scheme and a mix of natural materials and crafted details that make the style popular.

The owner served as their own General Contractor and working with a great team of carpenters and subs, built in phases to be able to build everything the way we designed it.
