Our client for this project is a retired couple who needed a new kitchen, an expanded dining room for entertaining and wanted to renovate their bathroom in place. Their goal was to replace siding with lower maintenance siding, fix their water problem on the site, improve lighting, and create an outdoor patio space for grilling and entertaining.

After studying options, we agreed a small addition to the rear of the kitchen and dining room would solve all of their problems, and together with a new patio with sitting walls, we created a space perfect to suit their needs.
