Our client was relocating from the South Carolina area to the DC area and hired us to help them to find a home to purchase and renovate. We were lucky to find this charming Victorian Farmhouse. We have developed a multi-phase plan to help them to grow into the house over time. The first phase is now complete and includes an expanded family room and a new main-level master suite. We expanded the porch roof to encompass the family room addition.

We are currently completing drawings for the next phase of work to include a new 2nd-floor bedroom, a connection to the carriage house, a dining room addition, and a full kitchen renovation.
