Starting with a charming colonial in AU Park, this design involved replacing a screened porch with a family room addition, replacing a poorly done kitchen addition with a new rear addition and eat-in kitchen renovation, a new mudroom, a new attic level with front and rear dormers to result in two bedrooms and a bath and a new master suite over the garage.
